Review & Giveaway: Dial Baby Body + Hair Wash & Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash

Dial Baby Body + Hair Wash & Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash

So today I’ll be reviewing Dial Baby Body + Hair Wash Fragrance Free AND Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash in Watermelon!! I’m super excited about these products because my son will be 5 in August, but he still has issues with getting his hair washed. He freaks out when water droplets fall into his eyes and don’t get me started on the tear free soap, he still complains that the soap is hurting his eyes. I’m not certain that they are really hurting him or just bothering him, but I try to calm him as quickly as possible and make hair washing as easy as possible. The other reason I’m excited about these products is that while he does well washing his hands and has no issues with wanting to do so, he tends to just put the soap on his hands and not rub it in, then he just rinses it. So I’m working with him to make it sudsy and having hand soap that foams is really great with helping these issues!!

The Dial Baby Body + Hair wash is fragrance free! I’ll admit I do like some fragrance at this stage of his life. Since Lucas, my son, Is going to be 5 he no longer has that “New Baby Smell” so I’m not trying to preserve that for him any more, and as he’s gotten older I don’t tend to care too much about fragrances unless of course they don’t smell good. However with this washing being fragrance free that’s ok, it still does the job and gets him clean. I do think getting the soap out of his hair is difficult though, even in general. But this soap probably because its a combo took a few more rinses than he wanted to tolerate for washing his hair. Granted I do like to lather like crazy and make it super soapy, so perhaps its user error or my son’s hair, or any number of things. However for a baby with minimal hair, or fine baby hairs I don’t think this soap would be a problem. It works well and great.

Now let me tell you some things about this baby body and hair wash AND the dial kids hand soap.

  • Developed with Pediatric Dermatologists
  • Hypoallergenic
  • No added parabens
  • No Artificial dies
  • pH balanced

Now the Dial Kids Foaming Hand Soap is in watermelon scent. I think it smells amazing and my son loves it. He thinks it smells great AND that it’s easy to use. Every time he takes his shoes off when we get home from going out he goes and washes his hands and since we are working on his lathering skills the foaming soap works great for him. Its super easy to spread around, and super easy to rinse off. And best yet it smells great!! I don’t think there is anything that is better than foaming hand soap in great scents for kids so I’m happy with the products!!
